Arenga engleri

The Arenga engleri is an Asian palm (Taiwan among others) with dark olive green leaves. This clustering palm (multiple trunks) does not grow taller than 3 m (mainly leaves). Can grow under trees and therefore in the shade. The soil must be kept well wet for this palm. 

The Dwarf Sugar palm grows moderately fast. Do not plant in full wind. Can grow in full sun and shade.
