Dracaena marginata of Drakenboom

Dracaena marginata comes in many shapes and types and in different leaf colors. It is a shrub-like plant with thin, branched twigs, which have a diamond-like pattern from the scars of the fallen leaves. In the garden, the plant can reach a height of approximately several meters.

Does not need much maintenance. Only removing fallen leaves and pruning back a branch that is too long. The branch will run out again where it was cut and several branches will grow at that place.

It can withstand wind well and is fairly drought resistant. But does need water occasionally.
