Ficus microcarpa 'Green Island'
Ficus microcarpa 'Green Island' is bush that is often used as a ground cover and is pruned as such. It has thick, darkgreen and shiny leaves, grows aerial roots with which it can grow up against wall and rocks.
It is a very strong plant but does need water regularly. Disadvantage of its low growth habit are the aerial roots and branches that squeeze/close irrigation hoses.
Full sun and wind.
