Cordia boissieri of White geiger

The plant is originally from the south of Texas and bordering Mexico.

The Cordia boissieri is not used in landscaping much even though it is suitable plantfor our climate. The leaves feel rough to sandpaper like. The flowers are white as are the ripe fruits. Good to use as a wide hedge. Grows up to 3-5 meters (10 - 16 ft).

It is a strong plant with stands wind well and is drought tolerant.
